Delivery Tray Coating

This coating is applied on the delivery tray that transports the gob to the blank. It is important to maintain a low coefficient of friction on the surface for smooth and uniform transportation of the gob and improves gob delivery timing. 

KristalCoat 10

A high graphite product applied with a brush to the tray and cured in an oven at 90°C for about an hour or to be left open for air curing (min 24 hrs). Post curing this highly durable product gives excellent lubricity.
